Job Description

THE CLIENT

Our client is one of the top-ranked private equity firms with offices across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The Midtown Manhattan office has about 50 people, with a fantastic administrative team. They are seeking like-minded individuals who can add to the down-to-earth and hardworking culture.

THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant that will support a large team across two different verticals. They will primarily support three high-level executives and provide ad hoc support to the rest of the team. This role will require the individual to be flexible in taking on new and different tasks.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management
  • Scheduling and organizing a large volume of meetings
  • Travel organization, both domestic and international
  • Expense management
  • Event management
  • Ad hoc support for the admin team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be driven and energetic, with demonstrated experience in an administrative role. They will have a no-task-too-small mentality and will be eager to work collaboratively with other administrative assistants on the team.

  • 2-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within financial services
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Suite

THE COMP/BENEFITS

  • Up to $100,000 base salary, depending on experience
  • Four days in office, Friday WFH
  • Core hours: 9 am – 5 pm
  • Benefits include 401k and healthcare
