Boutique Manager – Luxury Home

We are working with an iconic European luxury home brand in the confidential search for a Boutique Manager to lead its New York flagship. This is a rare opportunity to join a storied brand and shape the next chapter of its U.S. Direct to Consumer business

Position

• Lead day-to-day operations of the New York flagship boutique, ensuring exceptional service and boutique presentation.
• Drive client development and sales growth, with a focus on high-touch clienteling and personalized service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the local design community to further drive clientele development and sales
• Manage a small team with a hands-on approach, ensuring alignment to brand standards and goals.

Leadership and Culture

• Serve as a trusted partner to the company president, supporting strategic growth initiatives at retail
• Cultivate a motivated, service-driven sales team with accountability and attention to detail.
• Balance traditional luxury service with evolving digital outreach initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury retail leadership experience; preferably in home goods, luxury strongly preferred

Compensation: $90K base salary plus bonus/commission
