Job Description

Our client located in Nashville, TN is seeking a Credit and Loan Analyst to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team in the finance industry!

The Credit and Loan Analyst is a direct hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Consolidate, streamline, and automate loan and credit data for reporting processes
  • Provide insights into loan performance and credit risk by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and supporting portfolio risk assessments
  • Prepare, coordinate, and deliver presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Communicate key data summaries and reports on loan operations
  • Lead initiatives to improve data management, reporting automation, and analytical frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance
  • Experience in the financial or banking industry ideal
  • 3+ years of experience in loan portfolio management with a strong focus on data analytics
  • Experience in Sageworks, Salesforce, TEA systems, or Abrigo ideal
  • Strong data analytics experience, comfortable reading and understanding financial reports
  • Experience resolving and working through complex data sets
  • Comfortable working in a small, non-profit business
  • Must be able to be in-office in Nashville on a hybrid schedule
