Job Description

Operations Coordinator – Full-Time (In-Person)

Location: Doral, FL (

Miami HQ)

Compensation: $60,000/year

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Reports To: Brand Director, Head Of Operations & Head Of Finance

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to be in charge of our day-to-day logistics. In this role, you’ll own the communication flow between our team, warehouse, and manufacturers—while staying tightly connected to Finance and Marketing to keep everything moving on time.

This role goes beyond a admin role. You’ll manage the systems, spreadsheets, updates, and processes that run every launch, restock, and delivery. You’ll flag problems before they become delays. You’ll keep everyone on track—and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

Keep Operations Moving

– Coordinate daily with warehouse, manufacturers, and internal teams.

– Maintain up-to-date schedules for product arrivals and fulfillment.

– Track inventory flow and solve issues before they escalate.

Support Finance & Admin

– Process payments, checks, and invoices.

– Keep purchase order records clean and current

– Communicate clearly with vendors and financial partners

Connect Teams & Timelines

– Make sure Finance, Marketing, and Ops stay aligned on timelines

– Track key deliverables and maintain internal systems and dashboards

– Assist with calendar alignment for launches and major campaigns

Ideal Candidate Profile

– 2–5 years in operations, logistics, or administrative coordination

– Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and digital tools

– Excellent written and verbal communication

– High accountability and follow-through—nothing slips past you

– Comfortable managing multiple timelines and solving problems in real time

– Interest in e-commerce, fashion, or product-driven brands

– Self-motivated, organized, and ready to grow
