Human Resources Generalist
Goodwill TalentBridge, in partnership with our client, a regional non-profit organization, is recruiting a strategic-minded Human Resources Generalist. This role will work within their growing and collaborative team to support human resource functions with a focus on employee relations, including complex matters, employee performance management and retention. Other areas of responsibility include assisting recruitment, pre-employment and onboarding, leave of absence, workers’ compensation and employee exit process.
The ideal candidate will have a professional background in HR within a human services or non-profit organization and experience administering FMLA, ADA, Worker’s Compensation, and Unemployment Compensation and inclusive programs. A desire to be a part of an inclusive and supportive team that is mission focused is essential. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR, preferred.
