💡 About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Applications Specialist to support and manage key internal applications, including our two primary retirement systems, IntelliPlan and YETI , as well as our CRM platform, Salesforce . This role will work closely with third-party developers and internal teams to maintain data integrity, generate critical reporting, and oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) of supported platforms.

The specialist will also provide backup support for the IT Manager in managing the Fund’s infrastructure and end-user systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house lead for IntelliPlan, YETI, and Salesforce applications
• Interface with external vendors and ensure accurate technical documentation
• Generate and maintain reports using MS Access, SQL Server, and Excel
• Oversee data accuracy for member statements and batch processing
• Maintain and support internal software systems and applications
• Provide user training and Help Desk backup support
• Ensure full documentation of systems tasks and updates

☑️ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Information Technology or related field)
• 5+ years experience in software integration, databases, and Microsoft applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, and relational database management
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or a similar web-based CRM (preferred)
• Strong project management, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and training capabilities
• Experience in employee benefits or insurance industry is a plus

💻 Work Environment & Expectations

• Standard office setting with use of telephone, computer, copier, and scanner
• Occasional extended hours to meet project deadlines
• Minimal local travel as needed

Salary range: $157K - $183K (depending on experience)
