Position Summary:

• The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for, but limited to: hardware deployments, racking equipment, networking, answering calls and working tickets.
• You will also help support windows environments, mobile devices, active directory management, and O365 management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years Desktop support experience (Windows, Active Directory, O365)
• Prior experience as field tech is plus
• Strong communication skills
• Mobile device and tablet support (MDM)
• Networking troubleshooting
