Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role involves managing digital and traditional marketing efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and analyzing market trends to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage marketing policies, programs, and campaigns across various channels.

  • Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Design marketing collateral, such as flyers and digital assets, using creative tools and software.
  • Manage and update website content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and alignment with SEO best practices.
  • Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute trade show and event marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with third-party marketing agencies and contractors to support strategic marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer trends, industry data, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans to support product and service launches.
  • Monitor and assess competitive positioning and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support new product development through market needs analysis and customer feedback.
  • Develop and deliver training on marketing processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to support marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
